A high-volume Amazon FBA seller in the nutraceutical category needed ultra-fast FBA prep turnaround with zero margin for compliance errors. Their previous prep partner was missing FNSKU labels, causing 8-12% of inbound shipments to fail Amazon receiving.
They needed a prep partner with warehouse-level speed, Amazon SOP fluency, and the ability to scale to 180,000+ units per month during peak Q4 demand.
Solution
From our 250,000 sq ft Amazon SPN-certified facility in Paramount, CA (12 minutes from the Port of Long Beach), we built a custom FBA prep workflow:
- Same-day FBA prep and FNSKU labeling for high-volume SKUs
- Direct Amazon Seller Central API integration with automated ASN and inbound shipment plan creation
- Real-time inventory visibility via our WMS dashboard
Custom prep workflows were implemented based on ASIN category, carton specs, and Amazon's inbound routing guides. Staff trained directly on Amazon SOPs, with hourly audits to maintain 100% barcode compliance.
