Inventory in Stock
Items you want to ship must be in our warehouse
Listings Matched
Amazon listings must be matched to your inventory items
Start a New Shipment
Navigate to shipments and create an FBA shipment
From the Sidebar
- 1. Click Shipments in the left menu
- 2. Click Create Shipment button
- 3. Select Amazon FBA as shipment type
Choose Shipment Method
- SPD (Small Parcel): Individual boxes via UPS/FedEx
- LTL (Pallets): Palletized freight shipments
Most sellers use SPD unless shipping 10+ pallets.
Add Items to Your Shipment
Select which products you want to send to Amazon
Click "Add Items" and you'll see:
Your Inventory
- • Only items with Amazon listings appear
- • Shows available cartons in stock
- • Displays FNSKU for verification
For Each Item
- • Enter number of cartons to ship
- • Can't exceed available stock
- • Units auto-calculate from carton count
Carton Dimensions Required
Each item needs carton dimensions (L×W×H) and weight set before you can submit. If missing, you'll see a warning to add them.
Review & Submit
Verify your shipment details and confirm
Checklist Before Submitting
At least one item added
Carton counts specified
Dimensions & weight set
Items are in stock
Optional: Add Notes
Include any special instructions for our warehouse team:
- • Special labeling requests
- • Prep requirements
- • Rush/priority handling
Click "Confirm Shipment" to submit. Your shipment moves from Draft to Preparing.
What Happens After You Submit
We handle everything from here
Preparing
Our team pulls your inventory and prepares it for shipment
Creating on Amazon
We create the shipment plan in Seller Central using your connected account
Processing
Amazon assigns fulfillment centers and we print labels
Forwarded
Shipment is on its way to Amazon fulfillment center(s)
Delivered
Amazon receives and checks in your inventory — it's now FBA-ready!
