1

Start a New Shipment

Navigate to shipments and create an FBA shipment

From the Sidebar

  1. 1. Click Shipments in the left menu
  2. 2. Click Create Shipment button
  3. 3. Select Amazon FBA as shipment type

Choose Shipment Method

  • SPD (Small Parcel): Individual boxes via UPS/FedEx
  • LTL (Pallets): Palletized freight shipments

Most sellers use SPD unless shipping 10+ pallets.

2

Add Items to Your Shipment

Select which products you want to send to Amazon

Click "Add Items" and you'll see:

Your Inventory

  • • Only items with Amazon listings appear
  • • Shows available cartons in stock
  • • Displays FNSKU for verification

For Each Item

  • • Enter number of cartons to ship
  • • Can't exceed available stock
  • • Units auto-calculate from carton count

Carton Dimensions Required

Each item needs carton dimensions (L×W×H) and weight set before you can submit. If missing, you'll see a warning to add them.

Verify your shipment details and confirm

Pro Tips

Set Dimensions Once

Carton dimensions are saved per item — you only need to set them the first time.

Plan Ahead

FBA shipments take 2-3 days to process. Send inventory before you run low.

Check Stock Levels

Use the dashboard's FBA recommendations to know when it's time to replenish.
