Accessing Your Inventory
Find all your warehouse items in one place
From the Sidebar
Click Inventory in the left navigation menu
From the Dashboard
Click on any inventory stat card to jump directly to inventory
The inventory page shows all items currently stored in our warehouse, with real-time stock counts.
Inventory Statistics
Understand your stock levels at a glance
Items vs. Cartons vs. Units
- Items: Unique products (SKUs) in your catalog
- Cartons: Number of boxes stored in the warehouse
- Units: Individual sellable units across all cartons
Low Stock Warning
Items with fewer than 10 cartons are flagged as "Low Stock" so you know when to reorder.
Filtering Your Inventory
Quickly find items by stock status
Click any filter button to show only items matching that stock status. The count updates in real-time.
Searching for Items
Find specific products instantly
Product Name
Search "Vitamin D" to find all vitamin D products
SKU
Search your internal SKU code
FNSKU
Search Amazon FNSKU for FBA items
List vs. Grid View
Choose your preferred display mode
List View
Compact rows with all details visible. Best for scanning many items quickly.
Grid View
Visual cards with product images. Best for browsing or visual identification.
Viewing Item Details
Click any item to see full details
What You'll See
- • Product name and image
- • SKU and FNSKU (if Amazon-linked)
- • Current stock: cartons and units
- • Units per carton
- • Storage location in warehouse
- • Lot numbers and expiration dates
Actions Available
- • View shipment history
- • Create outbound shipment
- • Create FBA shipment
- • View movement log
- • Archive item
The item detail page shows complete history and allows you to take action on that specific product.
Archived Items
View discontinued or removed products
Click "View Archive" to see items that have been archived. Archived items:
- • Won't appear in regular inventory views
- • Can't be used in new shipments
- • Still maintain their full history
- • Can be restored if needed
